Dr. Fisher graduated from Columbia University and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before going on to complete an integrated residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Northwell Health in NYC where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Fisher then augmented his training with a fellowship in Pediatric and Craniofacial plastic surgery at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Fisher has authored over twenty peer-reviewed publications in leading plastic surgery journals, three textbook chapters, and has been invited to speak at meetings nationally and abroad.
